Assessment Strategies

Authentic and varied assessment strategies are integral in developing and understanding a student’s comprehension and awareness of any given concept. Among others, I intend to incorporate the following assessment strategies:

          ° Cooperative Learning Activities
          ° Observation/Personal Communication
          ° Selected and/or Created Responses
          ° Creative Performances and Exhibitions
          ° Traditional/Standardized Tests
          ° Product and Process-Oriented Assessments
          ° Written, Oral, and Figural Representation of Concepts
